Shipping Policy
1. We ship within one working day after receipt of your cleared funds, and often the same day if received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. There will be a nominal fixed rate shipping, handling and insurance charge based on the total value of your complete order.
2. Our domestic shipping rate schedule is as follows:

$40.00 will be added for international orders.
3. To guarantee the safe delivery of your merchandise, we use one of the major delivery carriers (Federal Express, UPS, or USPS) for domestic shipments. International shipments are sent either Federal Express or USPS only. All merchandise is sent securely packaged, fully insured and requires a delivery confirmation signature. Once your package is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you automatically via email.

International Shipments
We ship to most countries worldwide, except where the United States Government prohibits shipping goods, or to countries which restrict or forbid imports of jewelry, or specific countries associated with high credit card fraud risk.
Please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations and laws of your country so there will not be any surprises awaiting you when you order merchandise by mail. Your order may be subject to import duty and taxes in your country, and these are your responsibility. We provide full and accurate disclosure on Customs Declarations forms, though we do note watches as “Precision instruments” and Jewelry as “Personal Adornment” to avoid potential thefts while in route. Please do not request that we declare your order as a gift or “of no value.” Falsifying customs documentation is a federal violation. In accordance with US law, we must declare your package as merchandise and note the price that you paid as the value. International shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Boston Private Jewelers has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
Please note that Boston Private Jewelers reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will refund your purchase and inform you in a timely manner.
Due to insurance limitations and restrictions. We cannot ship any orders exceeding $500 to the following countries : (orders under $500 require prior approval)
